Barbecue Meatballs (Erin Harding)

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb hamburger
1 cup oatmeal
1/3 cup egg substitute or 2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
3/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp dried onion
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and make meatballs the size of ping-pong balls. Place in casserole dish and pour sauce over top. Bake covered at 375 for 40 minutes. Serve over rice.

SAUCE INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
