peanut sauce for 10:
1 C. peanut butter (I used crunchy)
1/2 C. soy sauce
2 tsp. white or brown sugar
4 drops of hot sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 cup water
(I also added rice vinegar 1 tsp and a sprinkle of ginger) not called for in original
Heat on low over stove and top thai noodles and veggies
